We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Open the user's profile, tap the menu icon, and choose Report. Pick a reason (harassment, spam, inappropriate content, fake profile, or other) and add details. Our moderation team reviews every report.
From a chat or profile, tap the menu icon and choose Block. Blocked users cannot message you or see your profile. You can manage and unblock users any time from Settings → Account & Privacy → Blocked Users.
Open Settings → Account & Privacy → Deactivate Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Your profile, messages, connections and personal data are removed within 30 days, except where we're required to retain something for legal or safety reasons.
Go to Settings → Account & Privacy → Download My Data. We'll prepare a copy of your account data and send it to your registered email address.
Make sure location access is enabled and that your map visibility is on (Settings → Account & Privacy → Map Visibility). Add at least one language you speak and one you're learning so we can find compatible partners.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use the same provider to sign back in.
